End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on your compatible devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose

3. Ownership

The application and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the developer. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or copyrights.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

The application may collect and transmit certain information about your use of the application. By using the application, you consent to such collection and transmission. Please review the Privacy Policy for more information about data collection and use.

5. Updates and Modifications

The developer may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the application. You agree that such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed without additional notice or consent.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the application from your device. This EULA will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The developer disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the application, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of this EULA.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
